Ultrasonic bolt load measurement has long been recognized as the most practical and economic method of verifying actual load, stress and elongation in a given fastener. We are able to verify each bolt individually and print a complete report on the bolted joint immediately upon completion.

The use of Ultrasonics allows our operators the ability to confirm the actual pre-load in the fasteners, thus allowing us to calculate and compensate for any friction that may have been encountered. Knowing the "K" or friction factor, is important in setting up our torque systems to the correct value for your fasteners.

Each of our updated 4 wheel drive service vehicles are equipped with the latest technology in Hydraulic Torque Wrenches as well as Pneumatic and manual Torque system.
